Findability and discoverability are both related to accessing a feature or functionality in a website or an app.
Findability is locating something that the users know exists while discoverability is when users come across something when they aren’t even looking for it.
Ensure findability by placing items where they’re expected
Ensure discoverability by placing items in noticeable areas.
